Sizing & Fit
To find your perfect fit, measure the width of your face from temple to temple using a soft measuring tape. Then compare this measurement to our size guide: S (125–130 mm), M (131–138 mm), L (139–145 mm). If you're between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for optimal comfort.
Frame Shapes
Our frames come in several shapes to suit every face: rectangular for a structured, modern look, round for a soft, retro style, and oversized for a bold statement. To choose the ideal shape, aim for the opposite of your face shape — an angular frame softens a round face, while a rounded frame balances a square face.
Packaging & Care
Your AR glasses arrive in a premium hard case with a microfiber pouch and cleaning cloth included. Clean your lenses only with the cloth provided or lukewarm water — avoid chemical cleaners and abrasive surfaces. Store your glasses in their case when not in use, and keep them away from excessive heat.
Shipping
All orders ship within 1–2 business days from our warehouse in France. Standard delivery takes an estimated 3–5 business days within mainland France, and 5–10 business days internationally.
Returns
If your order isn't quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it — the item must be unworn and in its original condition. Visit our Returns page or start a return from your order history.
