1. Scope
These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on this website by consumers. Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

2. Products & Prices
Product descriptions and photos are provided as accurately as possible. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout, inclusive of applicable taxes, exclusive of shipping costs unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable is the one shown at the time of order confirmation.

3. Order Process
An order is confirmed once payment has been validated. You will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of a pricing error, stock issue, or suspected fraud.

4. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order, via the payment methods offered at checkout.

5. Delivery

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU/France)
In accordance with EU and French consumer law, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason. To exercise this right, contact us via our Contact page. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. We also offer an extended 30-day return window as described in our Refund Policy, which goes beyond this legal minimum.

7. Legal Warranty
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable law, independently of any commercial warranty we may offer.

8. Liability
We cannot be held liable for delays or non-performance of our obligations resulting from an event of force majeure.

9. Applicable Law & Disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after attempting an amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of our registered office, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
